The Center for Diversity & Enrichment offers the Iowa First Nations summer program for students entering grades 11 and 12. The program offers Native American students the opportunity to explore the varied educational opportunities offered on the University of Iowa campus and by higher education in general.

Iowa First Nations students live on campus for one week (Monday through Friday), spending five nights in one of the University's residence halls. The program features structured field trips to varied campus departments, hands-on classroom experiences, and involvement in activities on campus and in the community.

Students interested in applying to the Iowa First Nations program should contact the Center for Diversity & Enrichment.
