Assignment of the following rooms will be made by Classroom Scheduling, a
division of the Office of the Registrar, on the basis of need and other
considerations.

If facilities other than those contained on this list are shown on schedule
copy as a meeting place, it will be assumed that these are departmental
facilities or that arrangements have been made by the requesting department for
their use with the controlling department.

Priority for the assignment of these rooms, where it exists, must be exercised
at the time of submission of original schedule copy. After that time, all rooms
on the list shall be considered available for assignment to any qualified user.

Capacity and Max Expanded Capacity - Some of the seminar rooms may be expanded
in capacity by the use of tablet armchairs along the perimeter of the room.
When this is the case, there will be a value in the Max Expanded Capacity field
in the chart below.

Fixed AV Tech - rooms with fixed audio-visual technology, a Macintosh, and/or
Windows PC.

Seminar or Table & Chairs - 'Y' means this is either a seminar room or a
room with table and chair seating.
- The following rooms are centrally assigned but priority of assignment is given to the departments
indicated for initial scheduling: 312 EPB (English), E106 SSH and 53 VAN (Psychology), N100 through N104 LC (College of Education,
Curriculum Labs oriented courses)
