University LibrariesCoordinator
University Libraries offers an activity-based course that shows students how to use library resources to support individual courses of study and how to conduct effective information searches using engines such as Google. Designed primarily for sophomores and juniors, the course introduces students to the basic research process and helps them learn how to apply information skills and concepts to course work and other activities throughout their academic careers. Subject-specialist librarians use lectures, in-class activities and assignments, and class discussion to present the course material. |
