Retention and Graduation Rate  reports filed by the Regents Institutions with the Iowa Board of Regents. We have isolated three points of intervention from our studies of retention and graduation rate issues. The first has to do with the timely provision of courses needed for progress toward graduation. The second point of intervention concerns attrition (drop out and transfer). The third point of intervention concerns preparation.
