Off-Cycle Courses (Spring and Fall)

Courses that meet the full semester will follow the registration and fees deadlines outlined in the calendar above. Courses that do NOT meet the full semester will follow the add, drop, drop without a "W," add or change P-F, P-N, S-U, or audit status and fees deadlines determined by the length of the course.

To compute the length of the course, start with the Begin date and count every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday through the End date. Do not include University holidays, Thanksgiving recess, spring break, or weekends unless the course meets on those days. Then refer to the information below.

• Over three weeks in length - four days after the beginning date of the course. Courses that meet over three weeks may be dropped without collegiate approval during the first two-thirds of the course.
• Three weeks in length or less - on or prior to the beginning date of the course.

Late registration fees are assessed on the following schedule:

• $20 for Day 1 to Day 5
• $60 for Day 6 to Day 10
• $100 after Day 10

The charge is $10 for each course added or dropped after the deadline.

Students may process changes in registration through ISIS anytime prior to the beginning date of the course. Beginning and ending dates are listed on ISIS.

Courses that meet the full three-week, eight-week, or six-week session within the Summer Session will follow the registration and fees deadlines outlined in the calendar above. Courses that do NOT meet the full three-week, eight-week, or six-week time frames will follow the add, drop, drop without a "W," add or change P-F, P-N, S-U, or audit status and fees deadlines determined by the length of the course.

To compute the length of the course, start with the Begin date and count every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday through the End date.
