Find your commencement photos:

Order your commencement photos through the Flash Photography website. Complimentary proofs will be mailed to the new graduates within ten days of the ceremony.
 

Your Diploma:

Degree applicants who complete all of their degree requirements, with no past due charges on their University bill, will have a diploma mailed to them at their DIPLOMA MAILING ADDRESS approximately 8 weeks after graduation. All diplomas are mailed using USPS First Class mail.

When you submitted the application for your degree on ISIS, you provided a Diploma Mailing Address. This is where your diploma will be mailed. You can make changes to your Diploma Mailing Address on ISIS until June 14, 2013.

If you do not receive your diploma because you did not update your Diploma Mailing Address, you will be assessed a $10 reprocessing fee to send your diploma a second time. Be prepared to update your residing address on ISIS or send a notarized statement confirming your identity, before your diploma can be forwarded or reissued. The Post Office does not forward UI diplomas.

The final academic or credentialing document will not be released if you have financial indebtedness to the University.

HawkID:

The HawkID is your personal identification used along with your HawkID password to access most online services at the University of Iowa. If your password has expired, you can change your password.  If you do not know your old password and have not provided password hints, you will need to contact the Help Desk at (319) 384-HELP (4357).
 

Hometown news about graduates:

The University News Services (UNS) regularly sends names of graduates and president's and dean's list honorees to their hometown newspapers. For more information about Hometown News releases, visit the UNS website.
 

UITV broadcast, rebroadcast and DVDs of ceremony for purchase

Guests unable to attend the ceremony but wishing to watch their graduate participate have several options to view commencement ceremonies. Ceremonies taking place at Carver Hawkeye Arena will be broadcast live on the UITV channel for local viewers to watch. All ceremonies will be rebroadcast on UITV within 24 hours. In addition each ceremony will be posted online and will be accessible via the UI YouTube website within 24 hours. Instructions for ordering a DVD copy of these or any previous commencement ceremony, can also be found on the UITV website.
